This was exactly what I was looking for - I had seen the "cache" folder, but didn't have the courage to delete its contents. Once I closed the project, I was able to delete everything underneath it, along with the 3 files you mentioned in the "Tag" folder. I was sure this would fix the issue. ...

Tech Support found the problem quickly - it's IE11. I uninstalled it, and now I can see my data log model tags in the configure tags dialog box. KB# 573870 has the details. ##HL40
