Awesome, thanks for the responses it does seem to be working far more accurately now! The manual said it measures Rate value as [pulses / (TimeB - TimeA)] , where time A is start time and Time B is stop time, normally 16 milli-second intervals, so I do believe it all makes sense now! ##HL39

I got to go out and hook up live to it today, and figured out the original programmer made some large changes and didn't document. Wheel turns out to be about 2 foot circumference and I believe they realized the 1024 PPR was counting 1024 Pulses per revolution, not 1024 pulses per channel equating to ...
