I want to set the Hard Fault setting to "Restart controller automatically" in case a hard fault occurs. is there a way to trap the fault code so that when the PLC re-starts I can report the fault on the HMI? I am using CCW 22.00.00

It is a 2080-TC2 plug-in module mounted next to a 2080-OW4I module. I will try adding the PLUGIN_RESET function if the __SYSVA_MAJ_ERR_HALT tag is set. Is this something I can do from within the normal program sequence, or does it require some sort of exception handling code?

I am trying to troubleshoot an intermittent situation where an analog input module is creating a major fault. if I were able to automatically reset the PLC, it would give me more options while troubleshooting.
