Hi Paul, Thank you for the suggestion! The model does run significantly faster (~1x) using cylinders with Collision Type = 'Cylinder'. One of the use cases for this model is to reduce the number of fallen bottles prominent in the first section, but I think this concept gives the best of both worlds. ...

I would like to represent flow of bottles/cans in mass accurately like the attached photo. Container rates commonly exceed 600/minute in the part of the packaging industry I am in, so the issue I have is getting the model to run close to real-time. Even on our best desktop hardware, speed tops out around ...

Hey team, I have been working on a simulation model with detailed controls using wiring diagram + C# scripting, no PLC connected. If we were to add a PLC to handle some or all of the functionality, is there way to "turn off" the wiring diagram? Thanks in advance! ------------------------------ ...

Friedrich, appreciate your word of caution. I located a zombie in a model just recently and was able to clear it out! ------------------------------ StephenWilkes ------------------------------

RaiseLift() is only defined on a handful of Conveyor objects, you'll need to be more specific when type casting. StraightConveyor may suffice. StraightConveyor.RaiseLift Method ------------------------------ StephenWilkes ------------------------------

I would need to know a bit more about your application. You can have Jscript and C# in the same model, but not on the same visual without incorporating aspects. ------------------------------ StephenWilkes ------------------------------

Kevin, here's the C# version of the JScript function you linked, but I am unable to use hyperlinks on Notes in E3D 2025. Is anyone else able to use them or has this been deprecated? /// Print name of first selected object to the Message Log public static void Name() ( if (app.Selection.Count ...

Hi Suryan, I would try copying B1 & B2 and pasting them rotated 180 degrees but in the same physical space. You'll need your Flow Control to temporarily Stick the load in place while you turn PhysicsEnabled off for the north and on for the south, that kind of thing. Alternatively, if you're using ...

I have been experimenting with a lot of different ways of handling events in the model programmatically with C#, including: Custom Property's UpdatedScript property Visual Property References's ValueChanged event (which doesn't work as I expected) Wiring Diagram Visual.PropertyChanged ...

Hi all, We were building a model in Emulate3D 2024 and made the attempt to upgrade it to 2025, but that attempt was unsuccessful and now the model will not open in 2024 or 2025. Has anyone dealt with this yet? Thanks in advance! ------------------------------ Stephen Wilkes Haskell -- ...
