according to picture it has 12.103 firmware version. It is used HMI. It has installed in our machine. It worked correct until last moon.

hello every body. I have Panel View plus 7 with 2711P-T12W22D9P SER B When I power on it, it take almost 20 minute to start application (start my program). I don't know is it related to hardware problem or I can solve it by update firmware?

Thanks so much. today ,I want to replace . but if I need to upgrade FW, How can I upgrade FW. do I need DSI cable or I can upgrade with PLC and SERCOS ? also where can I find upgrade file of this drive?

hello every body. We have Error 06 on 1398 DDM Drive, we replaced servo motor and replace cable between servo motor and drive. but we have problem yet . what should we do for solve this problem? EDIT: moved to Legacy community -FL
