Hi Again , You are completely right that was I thought as well but in following discussion , one of the user pointed to use Actual so i just tried it worked for me. Command vs. actual position glitch on virtual axis | Drives, Motion Control and Low Voltage Products (rockwellautomation.com) ...

Hi Vincent , I solved the issue through changing Command reference to the Actual in MRP instruction. I saw one of the posts , it was recommended to use Actual position data during gearing or Pcamming , it worked for me as well. My CUP was 2ms and trend was running with 1ms. Since the trend has ...

Hi Vincent , Axes are completely same in settings (copy). Despite the ratio , 0 position of both axes has to match in every 2 round of master axis. You can see in following screenshot that 3 axes geared each other with different ratio but 0 position is not well aligned. The huge offset anyhow ...

Hi Vincent , Thank you for your reply. I use slave counts master counts instead of ratio and master counts 1 when slave counts 0.5. So basically slave will move in half speed. I did not use clutch cause I either gear when it is about to start or when it is just starting. Acc and Decc is 20 but ...

Hi Everyone , I would like to gear 2 virtual axes during either a run or before axis moves. In order to do that , I used following solutions but still got an offset when it was geared with ratio other than 1:1. 1) Using MRP Absolute to move slave axis to master's position then latch gearing. (1:1 ...

Hi Dear Vincent , I have no OB16IS card in my rack so I did not. But let me update you about the recent test I did with 5069 OB16F. - The output planned to latch manually, must not be defined in MAOC Cam Editor. In this condition , it works. - When it is needed to use the same output channel ...

Dear Vincent , that was the question at the beginning. As I contacted with them, we discussed that it is not working reliably. Therefore I did manual scheduling but you made me skeptical so I tried but it does not work. Anyway, it was good to know... I will be following the recent updates from ...

Dear Vicent, sorry for the late update. There is uncertainty about the manual output latch with MAOC. It works not reliably since sometimes unlatches itself. As you can see in the logic when output 15 is controlled by MAOC, I want to latch it manually without disturbing other schedules. If ...

Dear Vincent, Basically, it means that we can not control the outputs manually since it was all controlled by MAOC. I will try to write the tag 0 while it is working but I do not think MAOC will allow me. Thank you ------------------------------ srtc ------------------------- ...

Dear Vincent, It could be very helpful if you can explain me bit about FFFF filter cause I could not find a clue about that in the documents you shared. Our local advisor has also no information about FFFF. Might it has some other name ? This is a bit important cause when I want to use the output ...

Dear Vincent , Thank you. I am aware of the mask tag on 5069 which was updated as ScheduleEn. I am already in contact with them and I found it out based on the sample they provided to me. I will be looking at FFFF since I never heard about it. Thanks again ------------------------------ ...

Dear Vincent , i think this is the best benefits of being part of discussion in forum. I was not aware of FFFF filter , I kindly request from you to pass me a documentation if its available. The missing part is for example for late scheduling and discarded scheduling there is no reason statement ...

Hello Vincent , Thank you. I solved the problem the reason was simple timing problem as I guessed. Due to following reasons , I am doing scheduling without MAOC. Sometimes Rockwell do not do proper documentation for detail engineering. MAOC has following limitations -- 1 -Since MAOC occupies ...

Dear Philip , Thank you for your reply. I already done scheduling with MAOC but my aim is without. I think the OB16IS is almost similar with OB16IEFS since they have both microsecond resolution. I am trying to understand the reason of late schedule count. Best Regards ------------- ...

Dear Vincent , Thank you for your reply. Yes. As you said OB16IEFS is not same with OB16F. 5069 - OB16F has point structure on .Data outputs which is a solvable problem for me. I already scheduled the output with MAOC. My aim is to do it without MAOC since it has limitations. Second difference ...

Dear Community , I kindly request help from someone who has a knowledge about scheduling output cards. I am trying to configure a logic which will schedule the outputs without MAOC. The logic works perfectly with OB16IEFS and ArmorBlock output cards. My next step was to configure the logic for 5069 ...
