Hi Mihajlo, I guess I should have mentioned that the KnowledgeBase article that you suggested is where I started, and have tried everything in that article. I guess it is time to call Rockwell to see what they suggest. Kyle

Hi Mihajlo, Firmware was the first thing that I thought as well. I do not have the drive in front of me right now, but it was FW 7.x. If you need to know the exact firmware I can go check, but I think it was 7.1. Kyle -------------------------------------------

I have been attempting to use the PF52XUSB.exe program to upload the parameters from a drive, but the software never recognizes that I have connected a control module to my computer.
