We changed the temp file directory to not be read-only and ran the schedule again, this resolved the issue. The directory was at C:\ProgramData\Rockwell\AssetCentre\DisasterRecoveryTempFiles\ProductionFiles. The other thing is after the change the directory went back to read-only but continues ...
