Don't know what ethernet adaptor you are using, but in the past when changing out a device the series number caused and issue. For example, going from a series A to a series B. The firmware of the ENET adaptor had to be upgraded and then cause the firmware in the processor to be upgraded.

I had a computer that with the same issue. FactoryTalk Linx would show red x on all the devices. I eventually had to follow Technote: IN39702. You will need to have Techconnect to see it.

When will it support the Panelviews, and will it be the program to use for VFD's as well? -------------------------------------------

Try saving the project as an .L5K and reimport into Studio 5000 v36. Then reconnect directly to machine. -------------------------------------------

Thanks Julia, That was a better solution than my original that I tried with the scaling.

Right click on your desktop and go to display. Scroll down to Scale and Layout. Check to see if it is set to 200%. I had to knock it down to 150% to make it viewable. Still Small though! Mine is a Microsoft Surface Pro 10.
