It is working now but I really don't know why. Customer mapped the private IP of the NATR as 192.168.0.11 and the public IP as 10.170.102.195. I changed the gateway in the PLC to match the NATR 192.168.0.11. NATR was mapped to the PLC as 192.168.0.10 (private) to 10.170.102.189 (public). No matter ...

I have a customer who is trying to access data from a Siemens 1500 PLC. Their 1783 NATR private port is visible on the machine network but their mapping will not forward to the PLC successfully.
