Eventually got there after a few days! Using ACL settings. Create a new one for each port using "standard" type not extended you can give a port a specific IP you then apply the port to the in of the required port.

I have a 6 port Stratix 5700 Switch and I am attempting to lockdown each of the ports to a specific IP address. e.g. Port 1 - 192.168.1.1 Port 2 - 192.168.1.2 Port 3 - 192.168.1.3 ect. I am struggling finding any settings to be able to do this. I found the MAC address locking however ...
