The connection counts in your screenshots don't seem to add up to me. Shouldn't there be way more? Drives are a connection each, I believe the safety I/O modules are 2 connections each plus the AENT's. I'd be checking baud rate configurations for all devices. In the web page, I think there is a page for "Application Connections", this lists all of the connected devices. Any missed/rejected packets listed? In my experience, the best success is to set everything to auto negotiate rather than forced 100MB full duplex. Though I wouldn't change anything without ...

The first thing I would do is look at the ENBT's web page in your web browser. Post screenshots if you need help sorting through the information. The should be statistics like packets per seconds, number of connections available/observed, etc. Also, pay attention to any missed/rejected packets and ...
