Yes, I have multimode, OM3, fiber. The previous Techconnect session recommended the 1783-SFP1GLX, which did not work. I think the last support person seen the LX and recommended the 100MLX, but I also let them know I have OM3 cabe.

I did get ahold of TechConnect, it took a while today, and found this out. I believe I need to replace both ends with 1783-SFP100FX.

My network configuration includes a fiber connection from a 10-port 5700 (1783-BMS10CA, CIP: 12.00) to a 6-port 5700 (1783-BMS06SGA) with 1783-SFP1GLX SFPs.
