I am a bit confused with what my DCOM Auth Level utility is showing me. From my understanding, both FactoryTalk DCOM and FactoryTalk Linx DCOM should say "Packet Integrity" as shown in the screenshot from my FTAC server below. However on my HMI servers, I cannot get FT Linx to show "Packet Integrity" ...

Could be a limitation with the terminal. You may be able to enable access to the Windows CE desktop and install activeX.

Thoughts on using the same Security Authority Identifier (SAID) at multiple sites? PLCs are secured to their respective Directory and have the box checked to restrict access to only that one Directory. Permission sets would be documented per site.
