I have run into this several times myself and the Flexera vs Codemeter issue is definitely the problem. I recommend using Flexera dongles ( 9509-USB-DONG2) instead of CMSticks when you can. What firmware version did you update to? From? Are you using RSLinx or FactoryTalk Linx Browser? Have you tried unplugging/replugging the USB cable from your computer? To echo TJ, does it still communicate via Ethernet? ##HL38
