I was told that it is possible to use motion while a machine operator is in a light curtain if the instruction being used is of a particular type and configured correctly. This is the first time hearing this and I want to learn more. Can anyone direct me to a good source of information where I can read ...

Hi all, I'm working on an old setup and have had to adjust the SCP in the program quite a bit to get appropriate 0-10 voltage output. old: New: As it was, I was outputting 15v to my speed reference circuit. Has anyone seen this before? EDIT: moved to Legacy ...

There it is! lol. I'm working on a winder project RN. Once I get this machine running (still waiting on it being built) I'll create a generic version and share it. Thanks!

Thank you for the clarification! This was my problem. Once I narrowed the window down to the measurements I will be seeing in the field I much more granularity.

I've updated the sensor. It's now configured to 1000ms response time. This seemed to have helped a little.

response time was set to 25ms. I have since changed it to 1000ms which, I believe is giving me a more accurate reading. The limits in the sensor are 0v = 0, 10v=9999. The color I am sensing is white. The reading I was speaking about is on the drive side. Tag, Drive:I.AnalogIn0_10V ...

Hi all, I've searched and have not found an answer for this question. I'm attempting to grab an analog signal from a keyence tb5000 laser sensor. I currently have the drive in my configuration tree and have Port 0: Analog In 0-10V added to the Input Connection Format. I have a signal but it isn't ...
