Powerflex 525 error

I have the 5.0 HP/4KW VFD 525 for a new 0.18KW motor. and when finishing the setup via CCW it shows me the error as shown in the image below: error: What could be generating this negative value as an error? thank you for the help

Hi Philip, So we had updated the parameters to be read in from the E300 modules. I just took a look and its reading in all zeros for the kW and Real Power parameters. I'm not so familiar with these control relays. Am I missing something? the power cycled was done but nothing change Are these parameters ...

In a power outage the PLC reported this failure (56H). Removing and reinserting it started working again, but according to thr description of the failure, is there any specific configuration that I should correct to prevent it fron happening again?
