I hope @asemlucben maybe can help me shed som light onto this issue. Otherwise, i don't think there's a solution at this very moment, which means that commenting on events in Optix right now is unusable untill a fix has been developed. -------------------------------------------

And if someone thought just adding a "AddComment" method after the acknowledge would work, - no it does not work. If your event is set false before it's acknowledged, the addComment method is never applied and you end up in the same issue that the comment is retained. The best solution would be ...

It's unfotunately not that simple. If you look in the gif, you can see the comment keeps occuring, even when the event is laid low/false. It doesn't matter if i set the text box blank again. I need something to overwrite the comment that is in the event instance, after the comment has gone low/false. ...

I have tested with no code. Just a blank netlogic script on the alarms, and it still crashes. I don't think i have made a specific one for that issue. It would appear that Optix cannot handle netlogic being attached to Optix events. If you add a netlogic script to an event, the panel will crash after some time - 1,5-2 hours for me with 600 events. -------------------------------------------

I don't think it's undersized, i have more than enough memory left over. It seems to be related with some netlogic code i have on a custom optix event template. A netlogic method is triggered with every change to the custom event instance and this happens for about 600 events. I am looking into a solution ...

To mitigate it for now, i just always set the username to lowercase performing a login of any sort. This can be done via the ToLower method on a string. Example below. ComboBox Username = (ComboBox)Owner; Username.Text = Username.Text.ToLower(); -------------------------------------------
