The 1783-RA5TGWC4G includes both WIFI and Cellular access. If I have that model, and I choose to not use the Cellular capability, can I still use the WIFI option without purchasing and installing a SIM card? In the manual for the unit (page 6) , it looks like I may have to purchase and install a SIM ...
