I'm unable to ping the PLC so I can't open a webrowser page I don't have any expansion modules The technote link says Answer Unavailable. Can you tell me what it says?

I have a MicroLogix 1400 1766-L32BWA installed in a panel. This panel was shifted from location A to B in the plant. When the panel was powered up after shifting, the power LED was solid green while faulted LED was solid red with blank display. I'm also not able to ping the PLC. I checked ...
