I have seen this in the past when using Logitech divers for my mouse. The fix was to uninstall the drivers, reboot, and then I was able to access the 525. -------------------------------------------

Some things I would love to see: Ability to specify particular versions of software, including Windows as well as Rockwell's products. For example, any of the Knowledge Base articles only apply to only a single version of Studio 5000, so search results from all 34 versions create a lot of stuff ...
