That's correct, my entitlement is only upto v32.00.01. You mentioned "support" in your previous response, we don't have any active support with RA. Are you referring to tech connect support? ------------------------------ M P ------------------------------

I am not sure if the error is related to time or not but I would check all time/clock, just in case.
