This is the URL: support.rockwellautomation.com When I use the link you posted, it takes me to the URL I posted. I am using Microsoft Edge version 121.0.2277.98, but I have also tested in Chrome and have the same issue.

Mark, thanks for the reply. I'm just tried again and am still having the same issue. Restarted browser and cleared cookies and tried again and still the same thing.

Tried to use the KnowledgeBase yesterday and got the message below. Have used it many times in the past with no problems. Anyone else having this issue or know a resolution?
