I am not sure what means "the tags are not there". I suggest to check the activity log and read all error messagese during application start. If you have development, you can look to tag database and try to check tag monitor. I also suggest to check node and driver settings. I wonder about lack ...

I use such kind of communication with FTAC 2.31 and I have no problems. Are you sure you have the same RSLinx configuration in FTAC server and Adent(s)? ##HL41

I assume you log data using ODBC data source. Do you have enabled ODBC Backup Path and correct path in path window? Have noticed something logged to backup folder in the time where data stop to collect in SQL? Do you have any message in activity log in this time? ##HL41
