I was able to finally resolve this, but can't find a way to delete the original post. What I ended up doing was to Duplicate the folder, with all the tags in it, which created tags that worked. Thanks for the response Philip, but I did have that checked to include ViewPoint 10.00 in the runtime when I recompiled. It was smaller despite that. I'm thinking that v13 Studio is just more efficient at compression than v10 was but was hoping for confirmation from anyone who's experienced it. Thanks! ...

Thanks. I did see that file and saw that there was some information in there, but it was very limited and had some hexidecimal hashes for some of the data.
