I have some code that I am trying to simulate with Logix Echo, unfortunately all my Process Objects (4.10) are hard-coded to go to Input Failure if the remote I/O rack they are connected to is in ConnectionFaulted or the Module.EntryStatus is not 0x4000 I would prefer to not have to modify all my process ...

Before rebooting did you examine performance monitor to see which process was consuming all the CPU? That would be the best way to track it down. Otherwise FT Diagnostics or Event Viewer on FTD might have some hints. -------------------------------------------

The FTView application was built with FTDiag table as the basis for the audit trail. We have added AssetCentre since then for version control and monitoring but have not been considering that for the actual system-wide diagnostic and audit trail - to get that working would we need to install the AssetCentre ...
