The full number is 1769-L23E-QBFC1B taken directly from the nameplate on the side of the PLC. This is in our facility in China and was acquired there. It is a series A and about 7 years old. I did not think there would be an issue but wanted to eliminate surprises. Thank you for your response. ...

The nameplate part number on this unit is 193EC3GG, I have run this through EDS as a cat #, as a keyword, etc with no luck. I have included a PNG of the device mismatch screen I recieve. ##HL36
