Logix5000 V20.05 Crashing

Every time I attempt to start or upload the program Logix5000 crashes and closes. This is the error I keep getting. The program in the L61 processor was original V16.22 I moved it up to 20 which is the highest revision I could go up to. So far I have uninstalled and reinstalled 20 and thinking ...

Just wondering if anyone has experience with Swisca flow balancers and controlling them from a ControlLogix processor.
