Update: Studio 5000 now opens but gives an "Invalid Pointer" error, I believe this is due to an outdated FT Services Platform and an update to 6.30 could fix this issue, let me know what you think.

Hi Filip, Update of FTAM's software version to 5.01.00 (latest version RA website gave us via "Check for updates" has now allowed us the option to add in a new activation with a Serial Number & Product Key, which is normally how we activate the license, so that looks good. After the update ...

Understood, weird issue for sure. Interestingly, we have 2 test IPC's on the same Network in another facility, the IPC with the 4.03.03 software which is the same as the above issue, doesn't let us activate normally. The other IPC has the version 5.00.12 installed (understood it's not latest version) ...
