Oddly enough, repairing the FTAM software and rebooting the PC worked, but only for that instance. If you restart the PC, we lose the ability to activate normally via the S/N and Product Key. Further attempt to repeat the steps didn't work. Very strange situation. We may have to just do a offline ...

Update: Studio 5000 now opens but gives an "Invalid Pointer" error, I believe this is due to an outdated FT Services Platform and an update to 6.30 could fix this issue, let me know what you think.
