Good day Vicent I checked the MSO block and I couldn't find anything, all the logic before the EN input is true, the only odd thing I noticed is that the Done Bits isn't set, like the drive is trapped into self-test (in the attached image the drive I'm trying to start up is the JAW, on the other hand ...

Hello. I am sorry, my bad, I didn't check well and indeed there is a MSO block for the servo's axis. Also, as far as I remember and according to this picture attatched to this message, the drive was on 4 but the module status led was blinking green, indicating the drive was waiting for an enable ...

Hello Vicent. Sorry to bother you. Do you think the drive's firmware does it have anything to do when enabling the drive? The old drive which the machine was working with has a firmware version of 1.52, on the other hand, the drive I tried to install has a firmware version of 1.34, if I update ...

Good day Vicent. Thank you for your reply. I see. Given the scenario where the OEM provides us the password, will RSLogix 5000 be enough to get a full back-up of the PLC and motion configuration? Or do I really need to have Studio 5000? Waiting for your replay and thank you in advance

Hello Vicent. Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately I don't have access to the PLC program, since the manufacturer left it with a password. Is there any other way to enable to drive?

Additional information: Before installing the new drive, I did some research and I understood that all the parameters are set in Studio 5000/RSLogix 5000, so via Sercos the PLC download all those parameter to each drive in the bus, so I only had to set the sercos address and baudrate with the knobs ...

Good day everyone. I was entrusted to help in the replacement of a Allen Bradley Ultra 3000 servodrive (part number: 2098-DSD-030-SE) connected to a Logix 5561 1756-L61 PLC via SERCOS. For that a new drive, with the same part number, was purchased. It's worth mentioning there's another Ultra 3000 ...
