Long story short but PLC has been in service for nearly 20 years, looking at power supply loading via IO config the calculated load exceeded the recommended load by about 350mA. Thanks for feedback, I did end up just replacing the HMI with a new one, however I was just hoping maybe in my downtime I could get the old one up to date and put it on the spare rack being that it is still in great condition. Might just replace logic module as you suggested. Thanks!
