Thank you for the suggestion. I will try using for loop for the error. Do you mean ICT library from application code manager? Then yes. Is there other fault tag I can used? Hope to see your reply soon. Thank you. -------------------------------------------

Hi, hope you are well. I would like to enquire about the Magnemover fault. Based on my understanding, MMI_path_ml_faults_status[1,2] The number 1 represent path ID and number 2 represent the motor (0 is not used), What is the different between master_board_faults_a and driver_board_n_faults (from 1 to ...

Hi, thank you for your feedback. I need to call the supervisor station twice-first using PID1 and then again with PID0, which is my original value. I tested the Magnemover by reducing speed and acceleration to 1.75, increasing the vehicle gap, and preventing movers from queuing (ensuring no mover is ...

Hi, thank you for the feedback ? Just want to confirm, when you mention pin, you mean docking the mover like in the picture ? How do you change the PID after the mover arrived at the station ? Do you use the AOI as shown in the picture ? The PID only trigger when the mover leaves the station?

I hope this message finds you well. I would like to seek your advice regarding the Magnemover system. The machine has been operating continuously for almost 24/7 over the past four months without any overheating issues. However, starting last week, it has been faulting more frequently. We reached out ...

Thank you so much for the feedback. For my current set up, I have set single area mover zone. However, I was hoping to stop the vehicle when trigger the safety curtain. I don't think traffic light is not suitable for my set up because the mover needs to stop at different position. Based on my understanding, ...

Hi, hope you all are doing well. I just want to inquire about Magnemover. Is it possible to stop just one vehicle rather than suspend the whole path? Hope to see your reply soon. Thank you.

Can you formulate more why you found an offset of 2mm? We use a ruler to measure running continuous. Are you allowing the motor block ownership space for each vehicle? Do you mean the spacing between the block? I have attached two videos. The 2mm offset currently occur ...
