Yes - I installed the KB. You also need to do a few extra steps to apply the preview build. (Rockwell updated the knowledgebase article above to reflect this.) My software is stable, no crashes. Microsoft was supposed to release the new version on the 22nd, which would obsolete the steps below, ...

Yes it will download what you need. After you install the application I highly recommend letting it run the "Current Program Updater Tool" so it can get the latest updates to IAB.

Correct - the IAB (Integrated Architecture Builder) is part of the PST (Product Selection Toolbox). There is no direct download for IAB alone.
