What is ther algoritham for Torque Proving Function

Is the torque proving function looking on output current or torque current to hold the brake. When TP why motor overload not triggering because brake holding the motor. how can we make if we control brake from PLC

Hi Everyone, I have the PF755TS on the Machine Drive Panel. The EM brake output Connect form R0 & T0 both terminal. I dont understand what is purpose it connected like this. Some wrong parameter make brake release. Thanks,

I have TechConnect Authorization level and i can access other technote. Only this is not working.

Hi Fuzzy i have checked that manual. i can see the list of status bits. i wants know when which conditions the bits will be high/low. For example Ready bit will be high if there is fault, stop command not issued. like this i need more details about the bit.

All the powerflex drives Logic command and Logic status bits behaviour sequence where can i find. Like how the bits will have each condition more details ( how it programmed in firmeare )

Hi Deniel, It working i just changed the PLC tag to Real then copy to devicenet scanner DINT address. Thank you so much for this answers.

HI Philip, I dont understand, i added card in 4 th slot in software but it shows in 5 slot. are it select slot 5 automatically even if insert in slot 4? so in this case , Speed reference what port have to select port 4 or port 5 from network.

Philip, what if Run command ON but No running feedback from 281E starter. How the running feedback considered. based on contactor ON or output current. if there brake issue it is possible?

Hi Bayn, i faced same issue with L84ES and V35. other case download interrupt , PLC stuck in download in progress and will not connect back. So i tried to power recycle the controller then its connected. I don't know the real solution. Some time Software may be issue restart PC.
