We could try the power up option, but I was under the assumption that that option would write over any tag values with whatever was on the SD card. We've got some recipes on there (not using RA recipe handler) that we don't want overwritten. We're going to try sending transferring it to just a desktop ...

Thanks for the reply Ian. I am doing exactly as you say. I put the program onto the SD card via the load/store function, with the mode of "on corrupt memory". I then take that folder structure ("Logix" folder and all sub folder/files) and drop it onto the server. The shop then puts that same folder structure ...
