Customer has old backups of HMIs created with FT View ME V5 , done on a 32bit computer. So it's a 3ph / 4-wire supply ... 400V phase to phase & 230 V phase to neutral. The voltage recording we did measures each phase relative to neutral so as you can seem all 3 phases drop when the compressors start -

There is no S33 error, so I'll assume the TechNote does not apply. Seems we'll have to cure the volt drop to keep the drive happy

I've asked the customer if they also see an S33 error so will advise. Meantime I'm thinking a better way to cure this is to fix the actual voltage sag so am hoping someone can suggest a cost-effective solution??
