Follow up- we tried installing the latest AOP's and still got the same issue. Studio 5000 36.02.00 installed on top of 36.00.02 and replaced it if that makes a difference. Thank you -------------------------------------------

With still having the issues does this have to do with an outdated AOP after the minor version as it seems rockwell doesnt provide this with minor version anymore? the Which AOP or firmware package should be installed to update I/O module profiles after upgrading to 36.02.00? Will this then fix the issue? ...

So we had upgraded to version 36.02.00 and we still have the issue on both Windows 23H2 and 24H2 of Studio 5000 locking up when trying to create/add and I/O card. You stated the release notes fix this but we continue to have the same issue with the different version. How can we resolve this and what ...

Thank you so much for your response. So it does look like the KB5064403 is marked as "fully qualified" in the spreadsheet now. I see it does say in one of the columns "Qualified with RA Rollup" September 2025. Does that mean I need to download this "Patch Roll-up CPR9 SRx Sep 2025" on every workstation ...

I have a user with this same issue as well. It is interesting as we have about 200 computers able to browser in FTLinx and RSLinx without issue, but this one user cannot browse nodes in FTLinx, yet it is a new image, same OS version. -------------------------------------------
