Philip, Thanks for the TechNote ... but, I'm not sure that is what is going on in our situation. We have v35 installed. Open Studio 5000, Create New ACD, New Module (blank window)... That's it ... Just the frame for the window and the X at the top right ... blank window. ...based on update ...

We've experienced some unusual behavior with Studio 5000, with v30 throught v35 (at this time)....on one particular computer w/two external monitors. When a New Module (5069-IF8, 5069-OW16, 5069-IA16, etc...) is added, a blank new module screen is opened. Win 10 OS (full local install) where the ...
