Hello Mica, Thanks for your response. We have placed an order for another motor. But I want to ask what is the procedure with Rockwell to repair the faulty motor? I tried to connect to the link you provided in your reply but I was getting an error feedback.

Hi Vincent, I replaced the communication cable between the encoder and the drive. Unfortunately, we don't have a spare motor to confirm the test. I can't see any physical damage on the encoder, probably as you said earlier the absolute encoder may be bad. The light is coming out of ...
