somehow i found the MSG that you can enable/disable the port. But nobody disable it during commissioning. after run the enable MSG, now it is working. -------------------------------------------

I have contacted with Rockwell. It seems those motors need to do EEPROM flashing, either send the motors back or they will send FSE to do it. I have 6 motors out of 8 pcs have same issue....
