Issue has been resolved. Problem was mechanical (bad cylinder) causing excessive movement during a certain part of the process. Nothing wrong with servo, cable, motor, connections, grounding, etc. -------------------------------------------

Getting this fault for a corner punching application every once in a while. There is a good amount of shock whenever it plunges, however we don't ever see this issue on the other 3 corners.
