We checked PTP Command. After we enter PTP Setpoint, So it saves the position to PTP Command. After that we put a timer. It counts 100ms and after trigger "Move" bit.

There are 3 machines like that. PLC version 35, drive version 14 on machine 1. PLC version 36, drive version 16 on machine 2 and 3. We are experiencing this problem on all machines.

We checked PLC program a lot of time but there is no zero speed anywhere. Also we didn't have any communication problem among devices.

Thank you Vincent, We didn't see any drive error, when we encountered this problem. Only motor doesn't move. When I checked Parameter 770, I can see Move bit is triggered. We didn't add any new equipment recently.

We use 4 pieces Powerflex 755 AC Drive with 20-750-ENC-1 encoder card.
