I had a similar issue the other day where the custom keyboard wouldn't appear via the web presentation engine. It worked initially but after few modifications it did not. I cleared the web browsers cookies and cache and it was back popping up again. -------------------------------------------

Be sure to use the LAN Port on the Optix Panel. The WAN port will not work for PLC connectivity.
