Hi, I am not sure about Forward Bi-directional homing sequence; By observing the existing machine movement, it seems the carrier moving toward to the home sensor and trigger/cross the sensor then keep moving forward to stop on predefine home position. Any detailed description on this? Thanks.

Hi, PF525 is connected to PLC on Ethernet/IP. Is the PF525 IO terminal programmed with "external trip" still functional? Or is there a bit of the control word to do the same function? Thanks. Wei

I see. If replacing an existing 755-EENET-CM-S drive, how to download the parameter to the new CM-S drive? Also, can 755-EENET-CM-S drive be used as standalone without PLC?

Hi, Batman: It seems I misunderstood "MRP" instruction. I thought the "MRP" can modify "position setup point" only on the fly, but actually "MRP" redefine "position command" and "position actual". Thanks for the explanation.

Hi, Batman: I don't understand why physical position can be affected, the actual physical position is coming from encoder, and MRP cannot modify it. For what I understand, MAH with home sensor is the one to re-define the home/physical position. As this is an add on function on existing machine, ...

Hi, Batman: It is "absolute" type used. See picture. Also, I have zoomed in the position jumping area in below picture. The Axis speed is steady and axis position have a large jump. After that, the home position is modified, I have to re-calibrate the axis by calling "MAH". ...

Hi, I am using MRP to redefine Kinetix 5500 drive position command, when the instruction executed, the actual physical position seems to be redefined to another value, and this value is over my defined high limit position and caused drive fault. See the red marks. For example, I was expecting redefine ...
