Hi, I have two Ethernet ports with devices connected under each in my code, and they are connected to a physical PLC via Ethernet. In Emulate3D, I am able to connect to the devices under Ethernet 1, and I can see them running. However, for the devices under Ethernet 2, although I am able to establish ...

Hi, With 5069-L320ERS2 5380 Controller V32.011, we weren't able to see the module emulators in the IO browser. We changed the version from V32.011 to V36.11 and now we are able to see the module emulators. So we suppose it is due to the version of the controller.

Hi, Thanks for your answer. It's a new file and we don't have any visuals added in. The above highlighted is a AB safety device. Regards Thilak Loganathan

Hello, I am not able to import the Allen Bradley Module emulator from the IO Browser. I don't see the Load Visual option. I have the AB module emulators catalog installed too. Is it due to the version of the controller? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks Thilak Loganathan

Physics was enabled. The robot is able to pick up the part using load physics. We had issues only while dropping. -------------------------------------------

Yeah, I'm pretty sure. I hope that if there is any issue with timing, it wouldn't work in teach mode either. If possible, can you share the model that you are using for the same scenario? Thanks Thilak Loganathan -------------------------------------------

I'm using the gripper's state property to attach and detach the load, and that part works correctly. However, the load sensor on the parent is not detecting the load and attaching it. This issue only occurs when running the emulation in Auto mode; it works fine in Teach mode. ---------------------- ...

It's a complete emulation model, and I'm unable to share it due to NDAs. Below is the code I used in the load sensor's On Blocked Logic attached to the load. Am I missing something here? Will a C# script instead of a quick logic will work? Any help would be greatly appreciated. We have multiple ...

Hi Blake, Thank you, I really appreciate your help. I tried manually moving the child load to the parent load's sensor. When the sensor detects the child load, it attaches it to the parent as expected. However, when I use the same logic and test it in the emulation setup, it doesn't work. This issue ...

I am using a load sensor along with Quick Logic to attach a load to a skid. The robot is controlled through Roboguide. When the robot is in Teach mode, the sensor successfully detects the load and reparents the load to the skid. However, in Auto mode, the sensor does not detect the load, and therefore ...

Hello, I have to deal with a large number of parts in E3D. Whenever I add physics properties to the gripper and load the study, the emulation becomes slow. Is there any other way to grip and ungrip, or parent and reparent parts, without using physics? ----------------------------------------- ...

Hi Cannon, Thanks for your response. Without parenting the part to the skid, how to create both the loads at the same time? is there any way to that? Can you share the additional information on the custom gripper controller that you use. That would be very good to take it forward. ------------ ...

The skid, along with the part, moves on a conveyor controlled by a VFD. Skid is the parent and part is the child. When the skid is blocked by a sensor, the skid stops, and the robot needs to pick up the part. The robot should pick only the part, while the skid moves empty to the next station. The robot ...

We are emulating a tire and wheel station where a vehicle moves along a skid on a conveyor, and tires are placed by robots. Both the vehicle and the tires are treated as loads. When the robot installs the wheel onto the vehicle, after the process is completed, the tire needs to move together with the ...
