Could always try using the powerflex drive faceplates (AOP) also gives control from the HMI if you desire. It is fairly easy to implement

AIKJohn, Sorry to hear that. I work for an OEM that was my goto route for upgrading the PV550's. Most of our customers Don't have access to the PLC to change the the port from DH485 to DF1 (Requires a USB to DH485 converter). The SLC500 is DH485 only....Guess I will need to work out a different ...

I have used the panelview 800 for this purpose. I used Connected components workbench version 13. I am told the DH485 is not available in later releases but I cant confirm. Use Cable 1747-CP3 I used that combo on a 5/04 should be the same for a 5/03

Not Familiar with the Schneider VFD. With the powerflex series the reference frequency is in .01 Hertz meaning to send a 50 Hertz reference the value you would send it is 5000 (not 50 or 500) otherwise it would just operate at the minimum frequency.
