I have a motor that is unreachable without the scaffolding that it was installed with, so unsure of exact details on rating plate. Do the rpm and number of poles parameters do anything critical other than provide rpm readout? PF525 but also PF753/755 for future reference ------------------------------ ...

Hi Mica Thanks for the link, but damn Rockwell knows how to charge, that card is 3x the price of the standard STO card so that totally negates the saving of 2 safety outputs So unless its the only drive in the cabinet and I can save on AENT card too, then its not a great saving After working ...

I have flashed CPLX back to V30 here in my office and it talks to both SLC & PLC5 Dropping the same program into L82 CLX results in success at both V30 & V32 SO it really looks like CPLX @ V32 has a problem Do Rockwell not beta test this kind of scenario? I have a lot of PLC upgrades on the ...

The L72 messages to PLC5 & SLC are exactly the same as those attempted in CPLX The extended code suggests the recipient "cannot understand" https://rockwellautomation.custhelp.com/app/answers/answer_view/a_id/117343/track/AvOY8gqeDv8Q~SqLGmYK~yI8R_86wi75Mv~N~zj~PP8E

CompactLogix v32 processor is new in a production line that has SLC upstream and PLC5/05 downstream. Ethernet read and write messages from CPLX to both fails with 16#0001 extended code 315 I have seen a technote that suggested underlying tag structure has changed from V30, so maybe this is the root ...
