From the looks of it you're running Windows 10 machine - RSLogix 20.01 is not compatible on that system. Sadly those are the procedures - we can't perform this just like Manual Rehost (QA43188) due to licenses being cryptographicaly signed by our servers. This is due to security and performance concernes. Either way, if you were able to rehost the container manually without communicating with RA servers ...
