Yup. The command line has a quirk to it that it does allow for multiple activation, but requires multiple times to be written - the "-sn -pk -b" part. I'd be great if you would post the install logs from the installer. By default it should be in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Rockwell\Install Logs. Run the installer again, and after reboot check that folder and sort by modification date. Grab the newest entries and try to share them. ...
