For anyone else that might run into this issue. I had to install the eGalax Touch drivers directly on the ThinManager server for this to work. Once I did that, the option appeared as a module, and I was able to calibrate the screen.

I initially responded that it did not fix the issue, however, that was incorrect. It seems I needed to do a full power off/power on of the thin client to fully push the changes. Once it rebooted, it started working. Appreciate all the help!

Thanks Todd and James. Both answers are very helpful. In this instance, it was a problem with using the same UN/PW. Creating a separate one for the other Terminal resolved the issue.

Using ThinManager 13.2, is there a way to disable the use of the USB ports on a thin client terminal? Perhaps a module? Or can this only be done within the BIOS of the thin client?
