Hi Joe, In the current PV800 firmware, string data is not supported over Modbus RTU or Modbus TCP. In the upcoming v8.016 release, string handling will be supported over Modbus TCP (Ethernet) only. Support for Modbus RTU is not included at this time. ------------------------------ Best regards, ...
